Before You Apply
TF Legion is a good fit for players with prior modded ARMA experience, whether you already come from milsim or are looking to move into a more structured realism unit.
That includes seasoned milsim veterans, as well as players coming from Antistasi, Wasteland, Invade & Annex, and similar modded environments.
Our pipeline helps players used to modded ARMA transistion into our Green Beret themed unit, fully adapted to your personal amount of experience.

The Process
Phase One
Assessment & Selection
Typical Duration: 30-minute Discord interview
You begin with an A&S interview, where we talk through your background, your expectations, and what TF Legion expects in return. Some applicants arrive with a lot of modded Arma or milsim experience, while others are taking a more serious step into structured realism for the first time. This stage helps us understand where you are coming from, place you correctly, and decide how your path into the unit should begin.
Phase Two
Qualification Phase
Typical Duration: 1-2 weeks (depending on availability)
After A&S, you move into the Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC) and are placed into the team you are expected to become part of. This means you train alongside your future teammates and leadership from the start. The goal here is to align you with the way TF Legion operates. For some, that means learning new fundamentals. For others, it means adapting existing experience to our standards, procedures, and expectations before your culminating exercise (CULEX).
Phase Three
Operational Integration
Typical Duration: 2 Sunday operations
In the final phase, you join live Sunday operations with your assigned team under evaluation. This gives you the chance to see different in-game roles in action and apply what you have learned in the way TF Legion operates. After around two operations, your 1IC will decide whether you are ready to be awarded the Green Beret and recognized as a fully qualified member of the unit.
